How It's Held

Engineered to Stay Put

Each arch is planned on the CT scanner in Comely Bank before surgery. If you choose the Premium zirconia package, the plan is transferred to your mouth by a custom 3D-printed surgical guide from MegaGen's R2 guided surgery system. Every package uses MegaGen AnyRidge implants, which carry the CleanImplant Trusted Quality seal. You'll have four implants on the Healed ridge or With extractions package, while Premium zirconia can take up to six if your bone calls for it, and the count never changes its fee.Planned on the CT scanner here, with a custom guide on the Premium zirconia package. All-on-4, All-on-6 or a Clip-in Denture?

Each name tells you how many implants support the teeth, and whether they're fixed. Your CT scan shows which your bone will take. If you're on our Premium zirconia package, needing six implants rather than four costs nothing extra.

Three Packages, Each Priced per Arch

Which package fits depends on where you're starting from: an arch that healed long ago, failing teeth that have to come out first, or the wish to leave surgery with fixed teeth and finish in zirconia. Dr Kalsi tells you which packages are open to you once he has examined you and studied your CT scan.2Your starting point decides the package. A fee covers a single arch; having top and bottom done means two fees, added together on your written plan. Every package's fee pays for the same groundwork: your full-arch assessment and digital records, the CBCT scan, planning in 3D, your written treatment plan, the operation your package calls for, the bridge named on its card, and routine surgical and restorative reviews until you're finished. We quote separately for sedation, sinus procedures, bone augmentation beyond routine grafting, and long-term maintenance. 5-year guarantee for non-smokers who attend hygiene visits every 3 months; your consent form gives the full terms.

Which Final Bridge Is Right for You?

Both are fixed to your implants and cleaned in place at your hygiene visits. They differ in what they're made of, how they look and how they wear, and which one you have follows from your package.

You have local anaesthetic for the surgery, and most people add sedation, which keeps you relaxed and leaves little memory of it. Afterwards there's swelling and tenderness for a few days, which everyday painkillers handle.
