Miranda enjoys every part of dentistry, with a particular interest in aesthetic dentistry and in helping patients towards the smile they would like. She is passionate about supporting nervous patients, so they feel at ease and can go ahead with their treatment with confidence.
About Miranda
Special interest in aesthetic dentistry and in caring for nervous patients.
Miranda qualified as a dentist at the University of Dundee in 2017, three years after completing a BMSc (Hons) there. She completed her vocational training at Discovery Dental Care in Dundee, then spent six years at Blairgowrie Dental Care before joining the team at Comely Bank Dental in 2024.
Committed to giving her patients a high standard of care, she went on to complete a postgraduate diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry with the Fresh Dental Institute in 2025. Aesthetic dentistry is an interest she holds both professionally and personally, and she enjoys helping people towards healthy, confident smiles through careful, personalised treatment.
Alongside everyday dentistry for adults and children, Miranda has a particular interest in supporting nervous patients. She takes time to help people feel at ease and lets the pace of treatment follow what each person needs. She also provides facial aesthetics, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, after a full consultation.

Registration
On the General Dental Council register as a dentist, registration number 270584, and qualified in the UK. Anyone can look up our clinicians on the GDC register. "Dr" is used as a courtesy title, as our dentists are not registered medical practitioners.
Outside the Practice
Outside dentistry, Miranda keeps active and regularly trains at the gym for fitness events. She also loves running, hill walking and travelling, and makes the most of every chance to explore new places and spend time outdoors.
